I build the capture plan around your schedule: one rig, fixed formats and question banks, so cast are held for minutes and a couple of days on set bank months of posts.

Shoot day

£350a day
  • Up to 10 hours on set
  • Stills, BTS film, EPK interviews or social formats
  • Overtime £40 an hour

Half day

£250
  • Up to 5 hours on set
  • Good for a single scene, a press day or a cast portrait session

Edit or development day

£300a day
  • Editing, grading and sound
  • Or format development and capture planning

Kit · added to the day rate when filming

Lean kit

+ £100a day
  • Sony FX3 with fast primes
  • Two Rode Wireless Pro lavs
  • Sachtler tripod and a Godox ML100 key light

Cinema kit

+ £250a day
  • Lean kit plus Vespid cine primes (21, 40, 90mm macro)
  • Monitor, EVF, shoulder rig, RS3 gimbal, wireless focus
  • Amaran 300c with a 120cm softbox, and two Nanlite PavoTube II 30X

Stills-only days need no kit charge. Film days take one kit package on top of the day rate, so a shoot day with cinema kit is £600.

Edit time · quoted per deliverable before the shoot

Footage handed over. Rushes delivered uncut, drive at cost.No edit fee
Behind-the-scenes film. One finished film up to 3 minutes.2 days

Social cutdown. A short vertical cut from an existing edit.Half a day

Stills delivery and use

  • 30–40 edited selects per shoot day, within 5 working days
  • Rush set of 5–10 frames within 24 hours, if requested
  • Publicity use included. Advertising, key art and merchandise quoted separately
  • Copyright stays with me. A full buyout adds 50–100%

Booking

  • Payment within 14 days. 50% in advance for three days or more
  • Extra days only when agreed in writing
  • Cancellation inside 48 hours: booked days charged in full
  • First 20 miles of travel included, then 45p a mile
